GoogleLeaders are an extremely friendly but professional team . Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always go the extra mile. I cannot pick out one individual member as they are all exceptional! They care as much for their Tenants as they do Landlords and seem to have found the perfect formula to keep everyone happy. Well done Leaders and keep up the good work!

GoogleMy personal experience is the conduct and amateur tactics of the agents are dishonest and they have no real respect that someone is buying their home so its stressful enough, but to be given misleading and false information continuously is unacceptable. Their conduct cost me solicitors and surveyors fee for a property they put back on the market after 8 months of me making a fair and genuine offer. I asked several times to speak to a senior manager where i was refused and fobbed off with lame excuses. Very disappointed.

GoogleI asked Leaders to find a tenant for my flat at short notice. I expected it would be difficult in current circumstances. To my surprise Neil and Shannon between them managed to deal quickly with the admin work for the last tenant and find, vet and get a new a new tenant installed , all in the space of twelve days. A very good result.

GoogleI have recently sold my property with `Leaders, and dealt with Joseph Brookes. I have to say, the service I received from him was outstanding. He went the extra mile for me in many ways. As I am an absent owner, there were things I needed to do, but was unable to, being so far away. He offered his services with no hesitation, and I am truly grateful to him for this. He kept me updated every step of the way, and chased the chain on a daily basis and updated sometimes more than once a day, towards the end of the transaction. He was so very helpful, and took a lot of the stress away, from this difficult chain - thank you so much Jo.

Professional and honest through the entire process and chased all levels of the chain to ensure we knew exactly what was going on. In desperate times of pure frustration amongst the chain, Leaders were proactive in getting things sorted acting more like a Solicitor!
