What can we say about Leaders in general and our agent Chris Trott in particular? That we have never before experienced such professionalism, above-and-beyond assistance throughout? Such great communication, keeping us informed and updated? Reassuring us throughout? Being available to help us by organizing contractors on our behalf? Working (often on weekends and after hours) and always responding to questions ? Hmmm - what can we say about Chris Trott aka “what-would-we-do-without-Chris” and “thank-goodness-for-Chris”? Today our purchase was completed, We are based in South Africa, and all we can say is CHRIS TROTT, you made the dream of a safer future happen!!! Where to start …. the property has so many issues, the staff have not been very helpful or very respondent. Having to wait long periods of time for answers to pressing questions, paid £450 for the property to go back on the market to find a new tenant and even that took them 24 hours. Not even getting emails confirming my queries have been received and are being looking into - just being left in wait, constantly checking to see if they've had time to reply to me. Constantly feeling anxious and on edge about the tenancy and the issues which seem to take a long time to be address. By far one of the worst experiences I've had. Lois

I would rate my experience with Leaders as one of the most stressful times of my retired life and certainly something I do not want to repeat. I viewed a flat on Monday 20th January 2020 and agreed to rent it as from Thursday 20th February and to pick up the keys at 1.00pm on that day. I paid my holding deposit and provided all the information they needed in a timely manner. I did not receive the contract to sign so I chased this up on Friday 14th Feb. On Saturday 15th I received a reply saying it was quite normal for contracts not to be issued at this time but if I was concerned I could pay the rent (In this case 1 years amounting to over £10000)to Leaders and the deposit to the landlord and sign the contracts after- unbelievable and very naive of someone to suggest that. The contract was eventually sent to me late in the day on the of Mon 17th Feb which I duly signed- however this had to be replaced by a new contract on the morning of Tuesday 18th Feb because someone in Leaders office had put the wrong address for the Landlord. I received confirmation that the contract had been signed by the Landlord on Wednesday 19th Feb . I paid the rent through debit card to Leaders and bank transferred the deposit to the Landlords account. I eventually received an email at 11.48am on the 20th saying that the deposit had been received by the Landlord and it was ok for me to pick up the keys at 1.00pm-!!! This did not leave enough time for me to make all the necessary arrangements to move in an organised manner
