GoogleFantastic customer service, popped in to the office to enquire and was impressed by how knowledgeable and accommodating the staff are, Tricia was able to provide me with lots of information about properties that fit my criteria, in particular as I have a low budget (other agencies were not interested), would strongly recommend.

GoogleI am very satisfied with the professional approach employed by Heather and Richard at Leaders. They have successfully managed a property refurbishment for me and negotiated a tenant extension with rent increase to the satisfaction of all parties involved and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. 12/11/19 update - Dawn exemplifies the professional service employed previously by Heather and Richard (before their retirement) in the ongoing management of my property. Thank you for all your help Dawn.

GoogleHighly recommend Leaders, used them several years ago and they were brilliant in another part of the country and had a similarly excellent service from Dawn in Sevenoaks for finding my next apartment.

GoogleWe found Mrs Dawn Hatt to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable in our dealings with Leaders. She was friendly and courteous as she guided us through the letting process, explained our obligations as landlords and found us excellent tenants , who remained for 11 years. As first-time landlords we felt very confident that we were in good hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mrs Hatt and Leaders to any other landlords.

GoogleMy family will be relocating to seven oaks area later this year. I telephoned numerous agents in the high street for advise .Leaders were by far the best I spoke with , in particular a lady called Trisha. Whereas the other agents didnt seem at all interested because my move isn’t imminent, Trisha went out of her way to help and advise me . She explained about a scheme leaders operate so that Ive no need to leave a deposit which with costs of removal would be fantastic for us . I will definitely get back to Leaders when my contract completes

GoogleWe moved from London to Sevenoaks a few months ago and are very pleased with the service and help that we received from Tricia at Leaders Sevenoaks. Tricia went out of the way to help us and everything was very smooth and efficient. Thank you for helping us find our new home Tricia and Leaders!

GoogleMy partner and I booked appointments to view a few properties in Sevenoaks recently. The lady who registered us and showed us around was call Trisha, she was so helpful. She knew about all the properties including local amenities broadband speeds and even neighbours much more so than the other agents in town. She discussed our financial situation and was able to offer us advise on our best way forward. Even though we didn’t find our property (due to a change in our circumstances not Trisha’s efforts) we would highly recommend Leaders over the other agents and hope to book more viewings with Trisha when the time is right for us.

GoogleI had to move out from my previous property in a very short notice. Spoke to Leaders Sevenoaks explained my situation and after viewing few properties, moved in to a new place. I have to say that from beginning to the end, Dawn Trisha, Gill, Janette everyone was very helpful, kind and nice. Found a great place, sorted all of the documents in a very short period of time. I highly recommend Leaders.

GoogleI have had such a positive experience with this company and I would say that is down to working with our property manager, Jeanette. My family rent a property that this company manages and Jeanette is our person of contact. Any time I email or call her with a query/issue, she responds in a very timely manner. She is always happy to help... nothing is too much trouble! What I'm most impressed with is how quickly she deals with any issues we have with our property... I always hear back from her promptly and never have to follow up. I would highly recommend Jeanette as a property manager if you are renting out your home as I can say from first hand experience she is the best! Thank you, Jeanette, for making life easier for us on several occasions :)
