GoogleMake sure everything they say is written down, because they will deny it later. Also, if they say "weΒ΄ll take care of it" , donΒ΄t trust them! We found out they didnΒ΄t transfer anything over to our new place as they said they would. 10 months after we moved out, we foud out that the flat insurance was still on the old flat! So the same flat was getting insurance paid twice and our new one was not insured at all! And even thought we paid utility bills for the new place already, several months later, we got an email from a collection agency that we havenΒ΄t paid utility bills for the old place and we are in debt! However, people already lived there!!! We paid 6 months up front and they said that in 6 months we will not have to, that we can pay a month after a month......that didnΒ΄t happen!! As they said "We never said that, itΒ΄s impossible." Get everything written and signed from them, even a document with a list of things you gave them!

GoogleGreat sales team at Leaders. I sold my house with them in a tough market and they were generally excellent - straight to deal with, reasonably priced and very professional. I dealt mainly with Tim and Riz but Jenny from lettings is also very helpful. I'd highly recommend.

GoogleSTAY CLEAR OF MANDI IN LETTINGS, she is a rude woman and bad mouths clients when they are not in the office! We were instructed by a client of Scott Willmottβs to clear, empty and clean a house. Scott's communication and reliability throughout the whole process was excellent and I wish all agents were like him!
