I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable from dealing with Scott and Ross during my recent search through to liaising with the maintenance team once I had moved in. They helped with a few minor maintenance issues quickly and the handyman was really friendly too!

GoogleHi there, I am a landlord of 18 years in various locations in London and the southeast and I would normally self advertise to locate prospective tenants but since the lockdown the property business has declined. After carrying out a few viewings in this Shortlands apartment I realised I wasn’t getting the clientele I expected, so I reached out to Leader’s to give a helping hand. Straight after my initial call, I was called back by Fiona Minnett with an appointment to look at the apartment to take photos and a video. As soon as she got into the apartment she got straight to work, Fiona really boosted my expectations with her ooze of confidence in how to market the property. A month on I now have a tenant who’s moved in (long term) and I’m happy with. Fiona Minnett is a real asset for Leaders Estate Agent, please keep up the good work and a big thank you to the rest of the team at Leader’s Bromley.

GoogleWe had some issues with Leaders Worthing at the start of the buying process, but they smoothed these out and things got better as time went on. In brief, we booked a viewing that never got put in the diary and thus we waited outside the property for nothing, despite leaving three messages on the office voicemail. We then went to the office, got told by the person there that “she was on lettings, so couldn’t help us” (which was not professional) and then on leaving an initial negative review, it was taken personally by a member of the team and she handled it extremely unprofessionally by calling us to defend herself, rather than continue to nurture a potential sales lead. Chris the manager did however call us and arrange for us to get back into the property and smoothed things over, but also worked hard on the negotiation to get the purchase over the line. Lessons learned are always make sure you get a confirmation email for viewings and when things get tough, speak to Chris to get them back on track.

GoogleLeaders were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. Unlike another worthing agent that we were with previously, they actually answer the phone and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the property you are renting. My only complaint is that they use "Letting Hub" for referencing and this was an absolute nightmare to have to use. I would highly recommend Leaders as it was a pleasure to deal with them.

GoogleAfter a super bad experience with our previous letting agency we were delighted to have found Leaders, they went above and beyond to make the whole process of renting during a pandemic easy and efficient. I don't think I have enough words to thank them especially that we where dealing with a sensible situation to which they showed empathy and even slightly bend the rules in order for us to move.
