I have now lived in my rented property in Bromley for over a year now. I cannot compliment the management team, especially Toni Hartwell who is our direct link. She is professional in her manner as well as friendly and responsive to any issue raised. I have been quite surprised with their efficiency and that no issues raised has been a problem and Toni has always fixed the problem and clearly has a good working relationship with the owner of the property. Did a few viewings with this branch of Leaders, and though we didn't end up renting through them, it was a pleasure dealing with Selwyn Pacheco, the Senior Negotiator who helped us out - he was extremely pleasant, quick to get offers to the landlords and very flexible around viewings. Lovely to deal with all round!

We wouldn't have moved if it weren't for Beverley Lunn and Leaders. We needed to get an offer on our house very quickly in order to secure our new property but we were also in the process of renovation. Unlike every other agent in the area Beverley took the time to listen to us and devise a plan that enabled us to take offers on the property before the renovation was completed. We received offers above the guide price and completed a successful sale. I can't recommend Beverley and her team highly enough.

Estate Agents who know what they're doing. Rented with them for 3+ years, without any hassle. The online Property Management tool has been really effective. An issue with my mattress was raised here, with the Property Management team reaching out shortly after a ticket was raised. Not only did Emma W and her team help arrange for a replacement, we were given a choice rather than just accept something from the landlord. Budgets agreed, and the old mattress was collected in line with the delivery of the new one. Effective communication throughout, and timely help is what i feel are their strengths - key in times like these. Overall, i am happy with the support and service I have received from the Property management team at Leaders.

Viewed a nice flat, but the man showing me, Ross I think, had no idea of surrounding amenities, buses, schools, shops etc, he obviously didn’t live in the area and had made no efforts to learn, he was also highly inappropriate, trying to flirt , yuk he was old enough to be my father . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .

Requested to see a house For Sale, found the girl VERY timid and shy, very un-confident, didn’t give me a feeling that I would be well looked after and that the sale would run well If I was to offer, not sure she knew what she was doing ?????? NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL, shame as I had a flat to sell too, but wouldn’t trust a child to sell it.
