GoogleDo not give them your bank card details they took your money with out your permission. AND DO NOT PAY any HOLDING deposits with them you will never get back. This is worst agency I have never seen in my life. I DO NOT WANNA STRUGGLE PEOPLE LIKE ME PLEASE BE AWARE WITH THIS AGENCY.

GoogleThey have been really inflexible to us (parents of a young baby) during the pandemic regarding our moving out date, forcing my wife to extend the contract resulting in us losing over £1000. They didn't allow a rolling contract and any request to extend our moving out date, due to our new property not being ready, was met with with reluctance and complete disregard. Additionally during out tenancy they have completely neglected the maintenance of the car park (overgrown with weeds), cleaning out the guttering etc (water dripping noisily all night outside) - This started during the pandemic, and we have been understanding and flexible but they have not reciprocated.

From start to finish everything was so efficient and ran so smoothly. When we collected the keys we were even gifted a moving in hamper with small items for the home!! GoogleSTAY AWAY TENANTS! Worst experience in my 10 year renting period. No commitment or support to tenants. They are quick to take all the payments and then never respond to any tenants requests. This agency is made for pleasing landlord as they pay for the service. I handed of the keys back well before the end of tenancy on 27 May 2020 and till date today (5 months) my deposit is not returned. They find reasons to delay, even after agreeing to the deductions the false promises keep on coming. I wonder if I made a single day delay in paying the rent they will charge around £40/day as charges. Here they not even paid the deposit back within the 3 months of deposit protection scheme. Are they going to pay the loss for 5 months of holding the deposit away from me. Not trust worthy and you cannot reach out for help anyone other than a lettings manager, who is not available most of the times. I tried calling the head office, customer services team etc numerous times and left more than 50 emails. The only reply I got was they are aware that the lettings manager (L) is responsible. There is absolute no help for tenants.
