Very helpful and friendly ,nothing too much and very patient through a very difficult and stressful sale . Which was badly delayed due to bad solicitor dealing with sale end.Chris was always responsive on phone calls or messages sent to him. Would highly recommend them

GoogleMolly was exceptional through a challenging time as the pandemic to hold, and lockdown took president. I put an offer on a flat in February 2020, which was accepted. Molly remained in close contact thought and the purchase. It was touch and go, but Molly kept a professional attitude, and engaged with me and my solicitor on a regular basis. I felt reassurance and was rewarded at the end of July 2020, when the purchase was achieved. The sales team in Leaders Worthing were friendly, hard working positive during this lengthy journey. GoogleHad a terrible experience once our tenancy was coming to an end- to begin with Leaders knowingly overcharged us for the costs of a routine end of tenancy carpet clean (asking us to pay almost double the value out of our deposit) and it was only after asking for the invoice as proof that we spotted this. They never apologised- they just amended the amount we had to pay to the amount it actual was. Following that, we overpaid in rent and it took nearly 2 months and countless emails back and forth to chase the funds to get it back. We were told that we couldn’t speak directly to the accounts department, and that given the accounts department accidentally sent the funds already to the landlord and the landlord essentially didn’t want to give it back, that we had to wait for the new tenants to pay their rent the following month before we could get ours back. Even then we had to continue to chase after the new tenants paid their rent to get the money we were owed back. Very disappointing ending to an otherwise lovely tenancy. Please make sure to ask for invoices, tenants!

GoogleI had a really good experience looking for a new home during lockdown. Which could have been tricky but James was prompt, professional and attentive. I would definitely recommend them if you want a stress free move and would be happy to use them again if needed to.

GoogleA great service provided by Leaders in Forest Hill. The team was efficient and very professional and wasted no time in finding the perfect tenants/lodgers for my home. Communication was excellent at every stage throughout the process. They listened, understood and delivered in accordance with my expectation. They also assisted in getting the respective engineers onboard who, promptly conducted the necessary checks and issued the relevant certificates required. I literally had very little to do thanks to Jenny and Selwyn and also, for their guidance and support. I highly recommend and will continue to use Leaders in the future.

GoogleRecently moved with the help of leaders, would highly recommend anyone looking to rent in the forest hill area getting in touch with them. I'm normally not too sure about letting agencies having had a couple bad experiences! We dealt with one of their colleagues, James H who was friendly, helpful and made the process super smooth and stress-free. He was very professionally and explained the process throughout, keeping us up-to-date and facilitating communications between ourselves and the landlord. The period between us finding the property and our chosen moving in date was very small and we really appreciate how he worked hard to make sure all the necessary tasks were completed on time which is normally a confusing and stressful process. Would highly recommend!
