GoogleThe staff at Leaders have achieved a difficult sale, complicated by the fact that we live abroad, in France, and that it is our first property sale with insufficient knowledge of UK requirements. They have been readily available at every stage to give comprehensible information and assistance.

GoogleWe were forced to pay six months’ rent upfront, and from the very first day the problems started. There has been a leak under the sink, we are currently three weeks without a working washing machine, and several of the windows are broken and won’t shut properly, leaving the property insecure and freezing. Trying to get anything resolved is impossible. You call, leave messages, and nobody calls you back. Communication is non-existent, and any issues are ignored for weeks at a time. Honestly, avoid dealing with this company at all costs. If we could end our tenancy early, we absolutely would. This has been one of the worst renting experiences we’ve ever had.

GoogleEllie Neal, I explained to you that I had left 4 emails with your Tenant Renewal Department and not one was was replied to. This was urgent as we are now in the process of completing the sale and the disclosure of this document was urgently required. I will not mention the name of the girl who did not respond.
