Both Jenny and Selwyn were great. They answered emails promptly, very friendly to talk to and offered great customer service. Selwyn also helped me get out of a tight parking jam by volunteering to push my van backwards which I was very grateful for after a very long day of moving and travelling through London. Tenant referencing does require a lot of time and paperwork, especially if you have a guarantor, so please be aware of this.
