Leaders have done a stellar job when assisting me with moving into my new home. I was lucky to have Tim Jeurninck as consultant, who actually helped me move two years ago which was also with Leaders at their Lewisham office. As luck would have it there were many complications finding a new home and Tim accommodated me every step along the way. He answered all questions I had before and after the viewing, send me a spectacular virtual tour of the flat and when I had to isolate went to the property and showed me around via FaceTime. He helped me sort out my bills, broadband and was even able to give some advice on contents insurance. I cannot recommend Leaders enough, Tim and his colleagues James and Selwyn have made sure everything was dealt with, queries were answered promptly, I felt I was heard and understood. The service provided was exceptional, professional and custom built around my situation. As icing on the cake I got a really nice gift box when I moved in!

I dealt with Ross Kelsey in negotiating a tenancy for a flat advertised by Leaders. Ross was at all times courteous, communicative and business like; he clearly knows the processes involved and the answers to the questions a potential tenant would have, and was an utter pleasure to deal with.

Nikki and Riz were great to work with. They valued my property higher than other agents and achieved our target sale price. Our sale was protracted and laborious due to the purchaser's legal complexities but they were on top of everything, patient and helpful and kept me informed throughout. Would highly recommend!

I got a call from them saying they have found my wallet that I lost in my previous house. I was able to collect it from them the following day with all of it's contents untouched. They refused to take any cash reward, so I hope this review is helpful. Very trust worthy, highly recommended. Thanks again.
