Until I purchased a flat this year I had been renting from leaders for 6 years and my experience was excellent. Charlotte Parry was an excellent property manager and always responded quickly and got things sorted out promptly and kept me informed. I would recommend leaders as they are fair and clear with the check in and check out process and always happy to answer any questions you may have about it all

Top agency! Phone up for a property and in no time we went to see it. The person on the phone who booked the viewing had a prompt and a professional approach toward my request and calmly explained everything I needed to know. At the property a lovely young lady showed us the rooms and very polite answered every of our questions we had. Great service! :)

We have three flats in Surbiton all managed by Leaders. Over 10 years we have had no voids of any significance. Leaders have been diligent in their daily management of the properties keeping us informed of all significant events making the task of ownership easy for owners like us who have jobs to hold down too. We are now buying properties elsewhere and are disappointed that Leaders do not have offices in that area They have just re-let one of our Surbiton properties without fuss and with minimal void despite the restrictions creations created by the pandemic
