GoogleUsed these guys to rent my home and specifically I dealt with a chap called Dominic. He was very professional which is all you can ask really. Polite, attentive and any requests I made were handled very well by him. A credit to their business which I appreciated as a customer.

GooglePoor communication as soon as we moved into the property. We ended up talking directly to our landlady as she had given up using Leaders to sort anything. We got emails everyday for nearly a year asking us to sign a form we had already signed even though we asked multiple times for them to stop. They messed up our check out and the finances with this and therefore we ended up in a dispute with our landlady who we were on good terms with. They clearly never read any of our emails properly and therefore no action was taken on any issue.

GoogleI have book an appointment for house viewing this property employee come after 30 mins late meet time after that he said I have wrong key. I so went back evening they called me you have appointment for viewing. GoogleIn the beginning everything was good but after I signed the contract I realised they are not serious. They said that before we move in, the house will be deep cleaned and the wall painted freshly but they didn't do none of it. After that there were things that appeared in their revision like functional but in reality they were broken. GoogleContacted leaders and was assisted by Myha. Whilst the property we were enquiring about was unavailable, Myha was able to provide a suitable alternative which we loved. The transition into the property was seemless and we were regularly updated along the process. Whilst we did not opt for it, the no deposit option was very tempting and would definitely recommended for those without finances for a deposit upfront.
