GoogleThe team were incredibly welcoming and friendly. As a first time renter, I was incredibly nervous about the experience but the team at King and Chasemore helped us through it all. They gave us all the necessary information, ensured we understood what we were doing, and gave us time to think things through. Additionally, after we gave them the requirements for a property, they called us to inform us of new properties on the market!
The team that helped us (Neill, Andy, Cloe and Becky) were amazing and could not recommend them enough!!

Chichester branch. Terrible customer service, clearly more about the money rather than advising as to what would actually result in a quick sale. Was told a potential viewer was "a bit bonkers" and was more or less forced out of our home 15 mins before another viewing as they had turned up early. Wasted 3 months. And now, despite REPEATED requests, they still can't pick their board up (even though we have sold via another agent). AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
