GoogleThe service we have received with king and Chasemore has been brilliant! Jess specifically has been so friendly, informative and helpful throughout this process. Some estate agents can be very daunting and unhelpful, especially when looking for your first property! But she has made the process so easy and clear to understand and I can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleStephanie Pullen, the Senior Lettings Manager at Hove, has been very proactive, both in contacting me initially and throughout the process of finding us the tenants. Despite the property already being marketed by another agency, I agreed that Stephanie could market it too. She really has excellent persuasion and influencing skills. The property was advertised on the very day of my instruction, very quick and efficient. I was very pleased when true to her word, she found me a tenant within the first few viewings, within a day of the property being marketed. When there was an issue with the initial agreed tenancy, she found us another tenant within a day of the property re-marketed. She let me know of the fee at the onset and there were no nasty surprises. She did everything she could to liaise with me and satisfy all my requirements including certain changes to some of the documentation requested, which resulted in a lot of back and forth with her internal teams. She also ensure that I was paid the correct amount and chased the team to ensure this happened. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Stephanie and I would be very happy to use her services again. I highly recommend her.

Thomas was great from showing us around the park homes, to putting in the offer, liaising between Dads buyers solicitors & the other estate agents….. & then chasing the solicitor at the end! GoogleI was having a very difficult morning, having to find somewhere to live following a break up. I visited the other estate agencies on the high st and King & Chasemore stood out to me as they were the only ones to listen to me and my needs and discuss options. Not just throw problem properties at someone who was clearly desperate and vulnerable. They helped me find a property that was right for me and my needs and within my budget. Andy was very welcoming and friendly and got straight on job. When I returned to confirm my interest Becky was on had to help me and explain my deposit options clearly and answered my questions no matter how simple or silly they were. And finally Chloe helped me through my credit check patiently while I gathered the info that I needed. I cannot thank you all enough for helping me step into the new chapter of my life.
