GoogleBrilliant service from Tony and Brooke in Lettings. Found us our new family home, supported us throughout the process from start to finish, always available at the end on the phone for questions. Made sure the house was cleaned and decorated before we moved in. Definitely recommend.

Worst service EVER, and I am still paying a high price for going with King & Chasemore. I have never known such appalling and unethical service such as this. The practices employed here are off the scale. Over two weeks ago, we served notice on King & Chasemore after we found out they had been lying to us for months about the bottom end of the chain (sellers of flat trying to sell a property with cladding that did not meet the new H&S standards). Even after we found this out and served notice immediately on Monday 7th October (upon the advice of our solicitors), we were met with increased resistance from their staff who refused to accept our notice. it took all week, and we had to contact their area manager to finally get this sorted. However, today, we find that our property is still being marketed on rightmove. We have emailed them to ask this be taken down immediately but are met with radio silence. The sheer spitefulness and unethical business practices of this organisation is appalling. The emotional and pyshical toll this has taken on us cannot be put into words and I am disgusted with King & Chasemore since this is still ongoing, (after the notification period). Do not use these jokers under any circumstances, they have the moral compass of a child rapist.

GoogleThe team at King and Chasemore in Hove made the process of finding our flat, completing the paperwork and receiving the keys very smooth! They were great at communicating to myself and my partner and even got us a welcome hamper! Would recommend this team.

GoogleThe team at the Hove branch made the process of applying for and moving into our new property quick and easy. Jess and Jen were both incredibly helpful and kind, always willing to work with us to find a way of making the process work with our circumstances. What had taken multiple weeks with a previous agency was able to be sorted within only a few days with the team here. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe bought a house through King and Cahsemore with Kelly as our letting agent. She really went out of her way from showing us the property and all through the winding road to getting the keys. She chased whom needed to be chased and explained to us all we needed to know. Despite the difficulties of buying a house it was as smooth an experience as possible with Kelly's help.

Buying a house is exhausting (and emotional!) and they’ve always completely understood this, nothing is too much trouble. GoogleSorry guys , but now i am rewriting my review after letting property from king and chasemore. In start of property let they are saying everything will be okay and repaired by our property management team. Its been just three months we have reported for several problems we have been facing and reported but still not resolved and just they are giving pass on each other colleague and waiting for house owner’s reply. I am very appalled with behaviour and their property management team’s service. This picture I posted first when i was letting and now you can understand how i feel actually at the moment. Totally unsatisfactory service and disappointing ,extremely rubbish property management service . One more thing Whenever we raise for faulty repairs there is no any selection for emergency or normal option to select and they reply “””As you are aware this particular repair request is not categorised as urgent or an emergency””. To be honest those agencies who are contacted with countrywide property management. I must say and recommend do not go with that agencies for letting property .i am totally frustrated and exhausted with this situation and rubbish services.

GoogleThe team were really helpful were willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a smooth transition buying our property, even when we needed some documents printed and signed the staff were on task to do this for me & my partner. Every time we have had an enquiry a member of the team has been quick to respond which has put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend this Estate Agents if you are looking to buy, rent or sell in the Crawley area.

After having less than positive experiences with several other letting agents, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support and professionalism I received.
