GoogleRenting a new place can be a bit of a rollercoaster, and after dealing with a previous agent who had the charm of a brick wall, meeting Conor was like opening a window and letting some fresh air in. From day one, Conor was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, not just ticking boxes, but actually listening and following through. He made the whole process feel less like a transaction and more like someone was actually on our side. Every time we had a query or spotted an issue, he sorted it without fuss, no delays, no excuses, just got it done. He was always on time communicated clearly, and kept us updated every step of the way, no chasing needed. The follow-ups were consistent, and you could tell he takes pride in doing things properly.We were lucky to find an agent in lettings this switched-on and also just… nice Conor is professional, down-to-earth, and will not ghost you the minute you sign. He made a stressful process much smoother.

GoogleI initially gave a 5 star due to Max providing a quick and easy time finding a place while also being accommodating to the fact we were not in the city, making going through the process a bit harder. If had just ended like this I would’ve left it as a 5 star, however after moving in the house advertised as a 4 bedroom house with 3 doubles and 1 single, clearly alluding to 3 double beds and 1 single bed turned up being 2 double beds and 2 single beds. I would warn others of the agency using misleading description for their listings. When emailed about this discrepancy, they claimed that the description of a double bedroom and single bedroom with no mention of singles beds in “ double rooms” was in fact not misleading and accurately described the accommodation, refusing to take responsibility for the misleading description. I would not recommend trusting there house descriptions and face value as there is a chance you will be mislead and if so, they will not take responsibility for it. The house listing is attached below for transparency. You can decide yourself if you think this is a misleading description or not.
