GoogleCaused my friends lots of unnecessary stress. After they provided references, they heard nothing for nearly 7 days. When they finally contacted the agent, they were told the property had already been given to another applicant. On top of that, it took several more days to get their holding deposit refunded. Very poor communication and service. Do better.

GoogleIf it was possible to give them a NO star, I definitely will. Absolutely useless service. After viewing, they collected a holding deposit from me and my partner which of course signifies that it should be off the market pending reference. These wicked people took two holding deposits from two prospective tenants, and then didn’t communicate with myself or my partner for almost 7 days even after referencing was passed, only for them to say they gave the house to another prospective tenant only after we reached out. I knew my partner and I were definitely gonna pass referencing, so I had already told my landlord I was moving out. Now I’ve found another house and they’ve refused to release my holding deposit as urgent. they’ve already cut into my time and now I have to move out in 10 days. They said someone will give me a call but it’s still the same unethical behaviours, no call back. It’s absolutely unheard of and criminal the way they’ve behaved, I don’t recommend, if you wanna rent, runaway from them

GoogleVery unprofessional, poor communication, left us in the dark after taking two holding deposits. We still had to chase them up as refunding us was taking so much time especially because we still had to pay for a new place. I don’t recommend

GoogleSusie Virgo and the team were on the ball throughout the less-than-straightforward sale of my father's house in Saltdean. We definitely felt she was on our side; enthusiastic, hard working (even when she was on holiday!), supportive, persistent, extremely professional but friendly. We had difficulties with our largely unresponsive conveyancer (DC Law, unfortunately recommended by King & Chasemore), but Susie chased repeatedly and got the job done. I firmly beieve we made asbolutely the right choice of agent and would definitely recommend them.

I had only a week to move, which was a very stressful time, but Dan went above and beyond to make everything happen so quickly and smoothly. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience throughout the whole letting process, from booking the viewing to getting the keys. Communication was spot on, knew where we were at every step, allowing us to go from viewing the flat to moving in in just over 2 weeks. It was particularly remarkable having a letting agent show us around a property that they were passionate about, knew the answers to our questions and really sold to us, rather than the usual open the front door, point you in, and act like they'd never seen the place either. Jen was excellent and you could tell she really cared about her work. She took us around the property and dealt with the majority of the process alongside Sophie who was also incredibly friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They both seemed so genuinely happy for us to find our new home. All in all, we couldn't recommend them more. Thanks so much! PS. Great air-conditioning in the office as well

GoogleSaltdean’s best Estate Agents. This is my fourth time of using King & Chasemore and I wouldn’t use anybody else. The Susie and her team are the kindest, most honest and caring of Estate Agents in the area and don’t try and fluff the process with fancy gimmicks that others “offer”. Jacob and Murray are equally amazing, and always so polite and helpful. They really do genuinely care about their customers. I have sold many properties over the years, and believe me, I know when an estate agent is honest, professional and more importantly, kind and caring and listens to their customer. When we have viewed properties through King & Chasemore, Susie and her team are always immaculately dressed, which really does add to their professionalism and attention to detail. GoogleFrom the first day we've met Chanee she was professional and a lovely personality. Easy to talk to, she listened to our needs and made sure to find the best way to communicate between us and the landlord. The whole experience went smoothly due to her organisation, emphaty and nice nature. From our experience there are only a few agents in this area that can be compared to Chanee.
