GoogleWe wanted to buy a property (plot 117) priced at ~£425,000 from Keepmoat Stirlingfields. However, we decided to do a RICS red book valuation to know the true market value of the property and we found out that it is currently valued at £400,000 (including it's upgraded fittings, showhome stuff, etc.). Hence, we were very dissappointed with such inflation of price. We also found out that the property has high flood risk from surface water as can be checked online using the property address using the UK gov floodrisk website. We asked Keepmoat if they had done anything to address this problem and there was no response from them. Hence, we had to cancel our plans of buying with Keepmoat due to trust issues. We highly recommend getting a RICS red book valuation done so that you know what the property is really worth. As it could take several years for the property to be really worth the inflated price due to the slow development of Northstowe region in general.

GoogleWent with my family was shocked to be asked to pay bill upfront from our table now I know why food was terrible fish was soggy wet fish inside of better chips were dry. And to be told that the staff are not allowed to issue refunds disgraceful I will never be back neither will any of family n friends. People please don't waste your money or time

GoogleJoice & Destiny made me buy my house on this development in all honesty. They were absolutely amazing from the minute I stepped to view the show home, they stuck with me being so indecisive but impatient at the same time and supported me through the whole process. Even the sales manager Alison, if the sales office was closed she was on hand and sorted anything I needed. Fast forward to being moved in. Brad & James the site managers, along with all the team under their management are absolutely amazing. This is my first house, I never thought I’d get a new build but the whole Keepmoat team have been absolutely amazing from start to 6 months in. We’ve had minor minor issues, and the superstar coordinating any issue is Brogan. Anything we need, any issue she’s on it straight away (and she should stop replying at 8pm and relax instead). Any of the teams or suppliers sent round they’re always great, friendly and super knowledgeable. I’d recommend Keepmoat in a heartbeat, if the team move on together to do another development especially in a great area locally, I’ll be moving with them. Really impressed!

GoogleThe estate on one half the area is a disgrace. We've sent multiple complaints about this area with rubbish, waste and rubble left for our families to wade through. The communication is terrible too. No one from Keepmoat takes accountability either. We've been waiting two and a half years for the green space and this is what we've been left with. Thankfully we bought a Danum home so at least we haven't had to deal with your sales team because I dread to think what kind of experience that has been.

GoogleDon't care once they've had your money and a completed and favourable NHBC survey to retain their five star status. Still having issues nearly two years on. Edited to add that Keepmoat complaints called me the day after I left my review and asked me to edit it. During this phone call, they also said they would visit my home to look into the issues for me after I had already been told earlier by the customer care team that they wouldn’t resolve it. Keen to get this issue resolved, I edited the review but since I did so they stopped contacting me and haven’t turned up to look at the issues like they said they would. I would just avoid these people and spend your money elsewhere.
