Moved in October 2022, house is cold, door frames and walls are not square, leaving massive gaps for cold air/drafts to enter the house, the 2 year warranty basically covers cosmetic, all build issues fobbed off as current build regulations even though a family friend who is a site manager for another builder says that there are faults in the build, front garden not flat and the man hole is 20cm above the ground level and not fastened down as it should be to meet building regulations, front door has major draft issues and issues with locking and basically requires a new door and seals, back patio doors allow in lots of air, meaning our curtains have to be shut all the time to reduce the drafts, plaster boards not square to the walls so some walls can be screwed into and some have 10 inch gap before hitting block and won't even hold a curtain tie back, extractor hood in the kitchen doesn't meet regulations for extraction which makes the fire alarms go off easily when cooking, ensuite shower tray not sealed properly causing water to get under the flooring and skirting board, which we raised on the snag list to be told it had been fitted to building regulations, electric sockets shortened and burnt out 3 times, no legitimate installation documents for the boiler so when you have your first yearly service the a plumber will inform you it has no warranty due to the paperwork, in truth the whole experience has put us off buying a new build again, and is costing us alot of money to try and fix some of the issues, however some can't be fixed as walls and doors would require rebuilding and with having a disabled child it makes it very difficult if not impossible. After discussing with neighbours and external contractors working on the estate, our house is not a one off. Before we bought our house we was told that the estate would be for independent purchases however there has been many purchased by the council, the estate was quiet and peaceful for the first 12 months however now police activity on the estate has become a daily occurrence. No structural issues are ressolved as they are built to "regulation" so we had given up and would not normally put a review on here however to find out that the sales office/builders are creating their own positive reviews and then using keepmoat thanks comments to sell houses and deceive people into buying, a real review was required.

The site at Warren Wood View is lovely and spacious. The houses themselves are built to a good standard, with their design being absolutely stunning. There are a number of different extras that you can buy at a small cost to make your dream house stand out further. I do recommend that you get the extras that will make you feel more comfortable as a house is a long time investment. The sales lady (Heather) is professional and friendly. Buying a house here was a straightforward process.

The estate on one half the area is a disgrace. We've sent multiple complaints about this area with rubbish, waste and rubble left for our families to wade through. The communication is terrible too. No one from Keepmoat takes accountability either. We've been waiting two and a half years for the green space and this is what we've been left with. Thankfully we bought a Danum home so at least we haven't had to deal with your sales team because I dread to think what kind of experience that has been.

I have visited the show homes multiple times, I love that you aren't pestered by staff they let you just look around. I know they're in the reception and if i need them I could go speak with them.
