Even 6 months on Courtney is still in touch with us often to check we are okay or just to wish us a nice weekend. GoogleHad a leak in bathroom because the bath wasn't sealed correctly in the first place we reported it to platform homes. Then keepmoat homes engineer came to sort it done a good job but then a week later a different engineer came out to refit the bath panel back on and ripped the vinyl floor . We have sent loads of emails about this but keepmoat keep replying back saying they are not replacing the flooring which is very frustrating and stressful im finding this situation very unprofessional. Please be careful when keepmoat do work in your new home and check everything they do maybe record it aswell. They can stick the warranty where the sun don't shine

GoogleThe way the surrounding areas have been left by our new property are horrible, the ‘customer care team’ have basically given us the response of not our problem anymore, after buying a new build house you do not want these issues with the associated stress.
