GoogleNightmare!! We spoke with a member of the team who made lots of incentive promises, after we make the reservation from one of the plots they changed the mind and said they would need to check with manager to see if they would be able to do any upgrade in the plot, it took more than 3 weeks and they didn't have idea if my plot could have upgrades or not. So we decided to cancel the reservation and get our money back, it was almost a month ago and we didn't get the money yet, every call they say they will check and contact later, what they never do, they are also not replying the emails sent about the cancelation... Just the worse experience ever!!!!

GoogleYou have the nicest staff here. I've been in 3 times now and they been nothing, but lovely. Everything is explained, shown. I put my first refusal on the plot and just recently changed my mind about the plot I want however I've been told I ll get a phone call if ppl who put their first refusal on that plot will change their minds.
