GoogleDon't every buy from Keepmoat. No customer support after moving in. Not sure how they are legally allowed to still stay in the business. Look at Facebook groups about keepmoat before you consider any purchase from them. You will hear all nightmare stories and it will be an easy decision to skip their sites.
Edit: They advised someone will contact in 24 hrs. But after 3 days no one contact me. They do not have a customer service team to offer support. Not a great experience and disappointing all the time!

GoogleDO NOT PURCHASE A NEW BUILD FROM THIS COMPANY.
purchased my what I hoped to be perfect home in 2023 August. The amount of cons that come with these houses are ridiculous. Let’s start with the house. Built my kids on apprenticeships. Low quality builders getting paid peanuts. Cutting corners in every part of the house. Air coming through the windows. Plaster and paint marks left. Cheap box standard switches and units. Wrongly built staircase. Damaged rubber door frame. Leaking taps. Floor vinyl not layed properly and many more…..It gets worser…
(2 year warranty on everything)
When I reported this to them….keepmoat first replied an automated email reply stating they have received my complaint….it took a week for someone to get in touch and confirm they have received my email complaint. This is where they take the P I S S. a week passes and I hear nothing from them. So I ring in telling them I have sent a email and rang in. It takes them another week to send a technician around. After he visits and inspects and takes pictures. Keepmoat go quiet again. So a week goes past and I have to ring up again. Ever time more anger.
And this process happened a number of times for every complaint I had. For some reason it feels the complaint staff don’t believe you when you tell them there’s a problem and over the phone they say ‘are you sure’. Yes im sure my bath is leaking.

GoogleDismayed to see the ecological vandalism by Keepmoat contractors. A parcel of woodland has been decimated on this estate. Another developer putting greed above all else. The estate also seems rife with other problems (see below).

*Update*
We have passed on your comments to the regional team who have informed us that the works currently being undertaken are to finish the open space to the front of the development to the agreed design with Leeds City Council. The works require the clearance of dead trees and plants, whilst retaining the existing trees. A new wildflower mix is to be laid in the middle of the open space with new amenity grass laid around the perimeter. This will give a natural feel to the entrance of the development.
We would stress that the works all have full planning permission and are being carried out in accordance with the Biodiversity Enhancement Management Plan which has also been approved by Leeds City Council.

GoogleAwful company. Digging up the forest at the entrance to the estate with no thought for wildlife or residents. Some houses have waste backing up in the toilets. Council refuse to adopt the road due to shoddy drainage works. Not interested once they have your money. Do not waste your hard earned cash here.

GoogleShocking company, 3 years on we are still waiting for our initial snags to be completed. Now my 3 year old house has slipping tiles which keepmoat are refusing to rectify. The constant change in staff and site managers says it all. If you want a well made, long lasting house - do not buy one of these houses.

GoogleVery poor customer service experience. I expect much more when spending this amount of money. Plenty of issues with the house once moved in, though they are being sorted (slowly!). Look elsewhere.
Edit, 2 years on many issues still remain. I HIGHLY recommend you don't buy with Keepmoat. As soon as you've signed a contract and are bound to purchase the house, they no longer care.
