GoogleMoved here an year and a half ago, had some issues with my lawn, after being blamed for bad maintenance by customer care personnel I have tried to escalate the issue, been contacted after 3 weeks and been told by the experts, just looking at the pictures provided that I am doing a good job taking care of my lawn and the issue is because of heavy rain. Just dug up a hole in the garden to plant an apple tree I discovered a lot of rubble, plastic sheets, not sure what they are. I am sure the quality of the soil is causing all this drainage issues. Strongly not recommended, really disappointed with the customer care team.

GoogleDon't care once they've had your money and a completed and favourable NHBC survey to retain their five star status. Still having issues nearly two years on.
Edited to add that Keepmoat complaints called me the day after I left my review and asked me to edit it. During this phone call, they also said they would visit my home to look into the issues for me after I had already been told earlier by the customer care team that they wouldn’t resolve it. Keen to get this issue resolved, I edited the review but since I did so they stopped contacting me and haven’t turned up to look at the issues like they said they would. I would just avoid these people and spend your money elsewhere.

GoogleLovely area, the houses look amazing. As you come the hill your confronted by a beautiful choice of houses. There's areas of green, with a little play ground. Off road parking, my favourite is the 3 storey detached, it reminds me of ye olde Georgian houses. To the cute cottage looking houses.
