GoogleAs a former resident of Snapethorpe Gate I moved to Leeds whilst waiting for my property to be built on Elm Tree. I lived on Snapethorpe Gate for 17 years where my family still live. All the reviews are from people who live in the houses backing onto Elm tree. Everyone who has given it a bad review is because they rather look onto the old field than young people be able to afford a new house in the area where they grew up.

GoogleNot without problems as its built on a steep hill but all efforts are being put in to make this a great development.
