GoogleVery poor customer service experience. I expect much more when spending this amount of money. Plenty of issues with the house once moved in, though they are being sorted (slowly!). Look elsewhere. Edit, 2 years on many issues still remain. I HIGHLY recommend you don't buy with Keepmoat. As soon as you've signed a contract and are bound to purchase the house, they no longer care.

GoogleAs soon as they get your 5 star review for the NHBC they basically don’t care about you anymore. When I first moved in they couldn’t do enough and quickly fixed any snags and issues. I was contacted regularly by customer care and then asked to complete the NHBC survey with a glowing recommendation so they could maintain their 5 star house builder status with NHBC. I did this and I honestly wish I hadn’t. Once they’ve got your review they couldn’t care less about any issues you have with the house. My shower was leaking due to an incorrectly fitted bath and water was subsequently dripping out from the ceiling downstairs underneath the bathroom. It took them 2 months to refit the bath, and I’m still waiting for them To repair the ceiling downstairs. I have also raised a formal complaint and their policies state I’m to receive a reply within 2 working days - it’s been over a week and nothing. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting! You will get bombarded by rude sales staff before the exchange. Once you’ve completed and they have your money they will fall of the face of the earth. Responses after weeks of chasing and most common one “xx has left the business I am dealing with this now”. I have submitted a complaint 6 times now, not once got a call back from a manager. Snagging issues just get left, had to get NHBC involved and even after that I am sat here waiting for jobs to be finished. Seriously, save yourself stress and buy anywhere else. Biggest mistake of my life choosing to buy from keepmoat.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Googleyes they were pushy, i agree to some reviews.. beware.. and beware of your 2 year warranty for fixings and fittings they mean that.. and in your 2.5 years living in the house there will be leakage from pipes. Unfortunately, they said 2 years and as excited buyers we didnt mind it when we had the deal with the house. All we think was excitement to move in. But the problems will come out just after 2 years. Apparently they use cheap materials too.
