GoogleDO NOT BUY FROM KEEPMOAT. THEY PROMISE YOU THE BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS AT SALE PERIOD BUT DONT FINISH THE 100S OF SNAGS EVEN AFTER 18 MONTHS OF MOVING IN. THE GARDEN HAS COMPLETELEY FLOODED BECAUSR OF A LACK OF DRAINAGE AND THEY SAY IM NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY TO FIX THEIR BOGGED WORK

GoogleMy advice when buying a property on this estate is consider the resale value. A bit of research on the Airedale Heights development next door proves how much of a struggle it's going to be recouping the value paid for these houses. Not to mention the length of time the property will be on the market. Unfortunately you have to drive through the visibly poverty stricken surrounding area to get to the estate which leaves a lasting image on potential buyers. Avoid at all costs if you have any intention of moving on in the futureNegativeQuality, Value
