Intercounty’s valuation and appraisal of the local market was accurate and current. They found us the right buyer and we were able to negotiate a solid sale. We exchanged last week. Andrew Kershaw and his staff dealt with the matter in a very professional and friendly manner. We were always kept informed and the few hiccups we had along the way were diplomatically resolved. Right from the start I was impressed with Intercounty, which is why I chose them to sell a property for me. Andrew Kershaw valued the property and suggested the way forward (due to the type of house it was) would be an 'Open House'. The open house was held 13 days after the property went on the market and we received two firm offers. We accepted one of the offers and from there it was as straightforward as any house sale can be. I had contact with several member of the team at Intercounty and they were all friendly and professional.
