GoogleWe were looked after by Natasha, who helped us throughout the moving process. Any question I asked, she was quick to respond. I expect a high level of customer service and it's something you don't always get in letting agencies, however the staff at Intercounty have always been there even after the move.

I am all new to renting privately, and I was starting to feel like I was asking too much with other estate agents. I saw a property I. The Hertfordshire area and I was called back by Hannah and she was excellent she gave me information that other estate agents did not previously given me, however something went wrong and I did not receive a callback so I decided to call back the office and was put through to George and he’s been amazing to the point now I will now only be dealing with intercounty estate agents. He’s kept his promise and called me back with information I requested and he’s so polite and professional thank you so much and I’m hoping to be renting with them soon.

Intercounty were excellent when selling our house late in 2018. We switched agents after struggling to get the right sale for a number of months but Rosanna at Intercounty managed to get it sold within a couple of weeks. She was courteous and professional and got the sale done with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend Intercounty as an agent.

A great company and great Agency! On my quest to find a flat in Bishops, Intercounty was the only one that gave me the proper attention and customer care.I have dealt with Harry S., most of the time, they have been great and so have the other staff i have spoken to. The process was smooth and everything was done so quickly i never had to chase anything, i highly recommend Intercounty to anyone and would like to thank you for such a great service. I was well happy with the service i recieved from Intercounty and as you enter the office you automatically feel welcomed more than i can say for other estate agents anyway, i was impressed by Luisa's professionalism, presentation and timekeeping...she answered all my questions, ànd allowed me to look around the property at my own pace. So many thanks Luisa and her colleagues at Intercounty and i most certainly will be recommending Intercounty to friends and family.
