I need to know that problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently, and be kept informed of what is happening. I have found Dimple does this and also is always pleasant to speak to or correspond with by email .

GoogleI have been a tenant in a property managed by Intercounty over the last two years. During that time I have dealt with Kelly Macavoy who has been on hand whenever I had any issues or queries and was always quick to respond and help resolve things swiftly and without causing me any disruption, always being able to work around me and putting me ‘the tenant’ first. I cannot speak highly enough of both her and Intercounty’s management of my tenancy, giving me complete piece of mind. I would not hesitate to use Intercounty again if I found myself in the rental market.

GoogleI have used Kelly McAvoy at Intercounty as my lettings agent. I cannot fault the speed of response and practical advise she has given me. My letting turned out to be far from straightforward, but Kelly has been proactive and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend.

GoogleI used to deal with Intercounty for apartment rent for half a year. I wish to continue but my employer has moved so did I. Kelly McAvoy at Intercounty was my property manager, she was my first point of contact to resolve any issues at the property. Kelly has been very helpful at all times, and very quick to respond and act. I would highly recommend this letting agency instead of any other local agencies, I know very bad experience from my colleague renting with another agent, he was dreaming to deal with Intercounty though. It was a pleasure to rent from Intercounty and in particular: Amy, Susan, George.
