Recently completed on the sale of our property through Intercounty. After initially having three different agents value our home, we decided to give Intercounty a go. One local agent valued our home for significantly less than we sold it for, whilst Intercounty and one other both came in with a similar valuation. What really swayed us to use Intercounty, was Pete's enthusiasm and willingness to really get out there and push the property.
