Excellent experience of using the Walmley Branch of Green & Company. Friendly helpful and professional service from start to finish. After a bad experience with a different agent it was great to have such a positive and professional experience with Greens and would definitely recommend.

We just moved to Wantage. We registered with all the big estate agents in Wantage and Didcot with the aim of renting a house. Houses for rent at this time are in short supply. Green & Co, and in particular Malcolm Goes, were the only Estate Agents that really cared about our needs. I fully recommend them.

Great value/ great service for

Sold our house very fast with Tamworth branch, which is obviously something to do with the market also but estate fees were fair and staff always rang back and constantly on top of the chain chasing. Would use again if ever moved due to no complaints.

Where do we start! We decided to move house around October 2022, having sold two properties with Greens previously, we had you out. Gemma came out and was very complimentary towards our property and believed she could sell it. She suggested going on before the New Year to avoid the rush, she was right, thankyou! We secured a sale and went through the process, not long after going on the market. The process was long and very stressful! We were served throughout the aftersales process by Donna, there aren't enough words to describe her patience, understanding and professionalism, you are a superstar. After 5 long months of agreeing the sale, we have now moved to our new, beautiful family home. A special mention to 3 wonderful ladies, Donna, Gemma and Claire, you did what was asked of you, kept us sane and facilitated our move. We thank you all for your hard work and efforts, keep up the good work, always a pleasure dealing with you all! Best wishes from The Youngs

Cannot thank Green and co in tamworth enough for such an easy process when we brought our house. As first time buyers we were incredibly stressed, but green and co put our minds at rest and helped us every point along the way! Would 100% use again!!

polite and courteous but communication throughout could have been better. Considering we as the seller were paying their bill felt they concentrated more on whims of the buyer

We got there in the end. In the space of 11 months our house was only really on the market for less than 3 weeks. Green & Co definately helped with the footfall. After the first 2 attempts, time wasters, the 3rd was a success. All I have to say is, Pure class! well done Charlotte and Hilary. Their knowledge and experience was first class. What was supposed to be a stressfull situation, was always met with reassurance and ease. We were well informed and issues was dealt with promptly. Thank you so much girls. Well done!

A big thank you to the Walmley team. Mandy and Sue were fantastic to work with and really looked after us whilst we were applying for our mortgage as first time buyers. They promptly and comprehensively answered our questions and asked advice from other members of the Walmley team. Mandy even notified us about and secured us a better mortgage rate during the process! We look forward to working with Walmley in a few years’ time when we need to re-mortgage.

Very happy with the service provided by Greens right through from valuation, viewings to completion. We had some legal complications during the sale and had it not been for Greens liaising with the various parties I am certain the sale would have taken considerably longer. Highly recommended and very good value.
