GoogleIan and Chris at Green & Co Boldmere are great, really helpful and responsive. But the prize for being “bloody wonderful” has to go to Shakila. Even when circumstances are very trying she has the patience to go above and beyond her job to get the sale progressed as quickly as possible. Thanks for doing such great job, would highly recommend them all.

GoogleAny house move is a stressful time. Despite this we found all the staff at Green and Company friendly, helpful and efficient. Jacquie the Senior Manager ensured we were kept fully up to date with progress at each stage. Carefully explaining the situation to avoid any misunderstandings. Jonathan and Tara were also very much part of the process with both valuations and viewings. All viewing were accompanied to ease the process. Thank you It was a joy to work with you all!

GoogleI cannot thank Nyree and her team enough. They were professional, friendly and helpful during the sale of our house. Our ongoing purchasing was not straight forward and the house we purchased was not through this firm but Nyree went above and beyond offering advice and support throughout the whole process. We obtained our mortgage using Lauren Clark who works here and she was fabulous too. I would highly recommend Green & Company Castle Bromwich. Thank you so much to Nyree, Lauren, and the team, I would not have got through it all without you all.

GoogleI don't even think Green's estate agents at Castle Bromwich even deserve 1 star, but I cannot give zero. We where buying a property through this branch for 7 months, up until the end of January 2023, that was when our mortgage offer, which we had extended, ran out. The property we wished to buy still had not gone through by then, so we could not continue. No one at the branch showed any concern, the only time we even heard from the branch manager was an email after 7 months, stating a failed sale. They just did the bare minimum, then when we complained to the director, Mr Watkeys I received a very blunt reply, and he blamed everyone else, the sellers solicitor, the leasehold management company , but ofcourse, not the estate agents who where selling the flat. We lost our great mortgage rate, 2.5%, and still had to pay all our fees, all for nothing. So my advice is, don't use this estate agent to buy or sell, as if they had been truthful with the actual property management fees, which where double than what we where told we would not have even considered buying the property. And the fact that cannot be disputed by Greens, is that we only found out the real leasehold fees after 7 months of being in the buying process... on our final day of the mortgage offer running out, and our solicitor had no time to complete the necessary checks as there was no time left. In my opinion, this flat shouldn't have been put on the market until all the necessary paperwork was in place, and how on earth did it take 7 months for this to happen is a disgrace, and a waste of months of our time, and money. And to end the sale/fiasco, the flat went straight back on the market, and it was SSTC within 24 hours.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We did all that we could to enable your partner to purchase the property in question. From the outset we conducted our due diligence with the sellers of the property and used the information that was provided to us by the executers of the estate. You were aware that the sellers’ solicitors were unable to obtain the lease information quickly due to delays by the management company that manages the lease. When this information was eventually received it did highlight that the service charges were going to be increased for a two-year period to cover some extraordinary expenses but would then revert back after this period of time. We are very sorry that your partner decided to withdraw from the purchase of the flat and we understand why he reached this decision due to his mortgage offer expiring before contracts could be completed by the conveyancers.

GoogleWe were really impressed with the team at Green & Co who we sold our house through. We were the end of the chain and without all the calling round that Green & Co did to get the bottom of the chain to move I think the sale would have fallen through. They were on the ball 100%. GoogleGreen & Co were absolutely amazing getting us into our new apartment. After months of staying in Air BnB we got in touch with them regarding an apartment and within 1 and a half weeks we were moved in! Malcolm was genuinely willing to help us as best he could and kept up the communications every step of the way and following things up for us to meet our desired move in date.
