GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Greens. Jacquie was invaluable in the process, there were problems with our purchase house but she kept in contact with both Solicitors and the Vendor to keep us informed and get the purchase completed. Pleased with the swift removal of the sold board.

GoogleIan and Chris at Green & Co Boldmere are great, really helpful and responsive. But the prize for being “bloody wonderful” has to go to Shakila. Even when circumstances are very trying she has the patience to go above and beyond her job to get the sale progressed as quickly as possible. Thanks for doing such great job, would highly recommend them all.

GoogleGreens have been fantastic in selling my property so far. When my first sale fell through unexpectedly, we were very worried about the impact of this on our upwards sale. Within twenty minutes, Jacquie had reassured me and lined up another 4 viewings - all of which we felt were well selected for the property and were in a position to act quickly to fix the chain. We managed to complete the viewings, deal with offers and fix the chain within two working days and I’m so thankful for Jacquie’s quick response. The sale process is still ongoing for us but I’m very grateful and thankful for the support we have received and continue to receive from Greens and would always recommend them to others.

It’s so rare to find such a kind, thoughtful and genuinely caring team who work so tirelessly to support their clients. GoogleGreen&Company have been professional throughout the sales process. They have updated me on progress and been realistic and honest enough to advise me when a price reduction should be considered to generate interest in the property. One of the reasons I chose Green&Co in the first place was deep knowledge of the local marketplace. This has been demonstrated through the sales process. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking a property in Sutton Coldfield.

GoogleJacquie and her team at Sutton Coldfield office was Professional, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.Our buyers where perfect but sadly did not have the best solicitors and it was Jacquie that was straight on top of them making it smooth sale.Jacquie really understands the sellers and buyers needs and I would always recommend Jacquie and the team. regards Tim.

GoogleAvoid!!! We rented a property "managed" by Greens for years. Absolutely useless - never sort out repairs quickly, always blame the landlord for delays. Staff seem to have the can't be bothered attitude. So glad I never have to deal with them again.

GoogleFrom Jonathan Kelly’s advice on renovation of a property and his guidance on completion , to his market valuation, I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer care ! Once on the market ,Jacquie Harvey and her staff , controlled the sale until it was sold with great effect ! I was very pleased with the experience and would always go back to them 😃 !

We had a particularly difficult experience with our chain breaking three times over the course of a 6month period, but Jacquie was calm and collected all the way through. I am a bit of a control freak, but Jacquie was communicative and level headed all the way through which helped me no end with solid advice. No one I'd rather have in my corner.

GoogleWe have recently moved and used another estate agents who are based in Sutton Coldfield. Whilst they were immensely disappointing, Green & Co. (who handled the sale of the property above us in the chain) were fantastic; not just in terms of keeping the chain moving but crucially in terms of communicating with us and following up on our questions. In particular, Jacquie was tremendously helpful and - despite us not being customers of Green & Co. - went out of her way to assist our chain and to keep us informed. We would without a doubt go for Green & Co. if we were to move again, and very much regretted not having used them on this occasion.
