Do not use them as property management! They take from me and other 14 flats £300 each month ! If I pay that money , I want a good job done And the building lift hasn’t been cleaned for over year and half . I keep sending emails , not only me . I have sent proof of dates and same filth for more than a year . This was addressed over 4 months and still not cleaning it . Alex keeps saying oh sorry next time ,next time and keeps going on , something dodgy is going on and we don’t know . I work for my money, you should work for your money and cleaners should work to earn their money !!!

Terrible Company. 1. You telling my pregnant wife she was a time waster for asking to see more than 1 flat 2. The countless times things were reported to you and you never got back to us. 3. Taking it upon your self to drill a hole in the wall of my little girls bedroom when it was not needed. 4. Taking the maximum amount of time to screw the most our of a tenancy deposit. I wouldnt buy, sell or rent anything that is involved with Goadsby in any way. I wouldnt trust you guys to sell a caravan!! You give estate agents a bad name!

We recently moved and goadsby were dealing with our sale and purchase. So outstandingly super efficient and professional in every way, they are so friendly and helpful. I would never consider another estate agent, these are the best by a mile! I hear about other agents where it takes forever to get your house live on the market and ready for viewing - but not so with goadsby - all done within a few days! Having just completed on a house purchase through Goadsby - our contact was Sophie Manns - I felt I should write a review of our experience as it was excellent. Even though Sophie was in effect working for the seller it never felt like that, and if I was selling my house I would absolutely want my potential buyer to be handled the way Sophie looked after us. During our house purchase journey, we had been shown many houses by many different agents throughout Bournemouth, Wimborne, Poole and Broadstone. No other agent came close to Sophie. Right from the initial viewing, where she knew when to give us space to browse on our own but be on hand to answer questions and drip feed info as we needed it, Sophie was the consummate professional. Once our offer was agreed, we knew we could rely on Sophie to get anything done that we needed - chasing through vendor / vendor's solicitor etc. She was always bang up-to-speed with where the conveyance was and got answers to us when needed. She never switched off. Sophie, we found you a pleasure to deal with and Goadsby are lucky to have you. Thank you for all your help in making the purchase happen.
