GoogleI recently sold my Mother in Law's house with Goadsby Broadstone Office after she passed away. I was impressed throughout with the service they provided. They were not only very active with viewings but gave me feedback afterwards and also throughout the subsequent sales process without me having to ask. Would definitely recommend.

The Trusted AgentTremendous waste of time!
In the beginning, there was a lot of commitment and respect. Making the whole experience super, however, after a few weeks I was hounded to reduce my property price, for viewings outside my available time AND never having my calls returned. I ultimately changed agent and have a great experience there, but this was less than satisfactory.

GoogleI didn't think I would ever write a 5 star review for an estate agent. However, I am so delighted with the speed and efficiency with which Matthew and the team at Goadsby, Canford Cliffs, sold my late mother's house in Lilliput that I just have to. I had sought the advice of two other agents and they had got nowhere. Luckily, I made contact with Matthew and he was off like a rocket. I had two good offers within 10 days and have just exchanged at the agreed price. Thanks again Matthew - great work Philip Forrester BH14 8QU

GoogleDO NOT USE. Forever chaseing for updates. Sold a 'freehold property' legal searches come back leasehold, with a very short lease. Now I've incurred legal costs and gone through the process of getting my mortgage offer for nor reason.

GoogleIf you are not suitable to rent just they are wasting your time. The landlord abroad, not reachable. Next day the let agreed with someone.

GoogleThis agency is an absolute nightmare! They try to cheat you and take money from you whenever they can! They change terms of your rental agreements without notifying you, then they inform you that you owe them money! 46 negative reviews on another website alone - I wish I had seen that before I associated myself as a tenant with those thieves! Do yourself a favour and stay away from them as far as you can!!

GoogleI compared several estate/letting agents near Horseshoe Common on Old Christchurch Road and chose Goadsby. They gave impartial advice and found me suitable tenants quickly and answered any queries without delay. The staff are friendly,knowledgeable and experienced. You shouldn't have any problems at this branch.

GoogleI cannot say enough good things about this fantastic Wareham team. I have been dealing with Rosie, who is focussed, professional, thorough and informed, and still maintains kindness and empathy with the stresses of moving home. The whole team can be relied upon by both sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants to give a first class service. Their rates are pretty much in line with the market at the moment, and they are worth every penny. I have rented from them before and when looking for a new property, did not hesitate in using them again. Highly recommended.
