We had a really positive experience with Neil and the team at Goadsby during the sale of a flat after a bereavement. It was a particularly sensitive time for our family, and they handled everything with such care, professionalism and understanding. From the outset, Neil and team were proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive. They kept things moving efficiently while always being respectful of the situation, which made a huge difference to us. We were also working towards an important deadline, and thanks to his persistence and the team’s coordination, everything came together in time. Selling a property under these circumstances could have been very stressful, but Neil made the process feel manageable and well handled throughout. Patient and professional - Flat purchase

I bought a flat through Goadsby , Weymouth. Both solicitors were an absolute nightmare, taking ages to do things or even refusing to act on time. I had never bought a leasehold property and was guided by them all the way. Mark Godfree managed me, the vendor and the solicitors with dogged persistence, patience and courtesy, even when emotions ran high. I wasn't even the client, but was kept informed daily towards the end. If I have to sell my home I will definitely go to the Goadsby team.

We bought a property through Goadsby who were brilliant throughout the process. Due to issues in the chain it was a long process (7 months). Michael at Goadsby was fantastic and regularly updated us, chased everyone in the chain and liaised with conveyancers to ensure things progressed as we had time issues as were in a short term let. I would highly recommend the Southbourne branch and thanks to all the staff there especially Michael. We're very happy in our new home and wouldn't have got here without all his hard work.

Terrible Company 1. You telling my pregnant wife she was a time waster for asking to see more than 1 flat 2. The countless times things were reported to you and you never got back. 3. Taking it upon your self to drill a hole in the wall of my little girls bedroom when it was not needed. 4. Taking the maximum amount of time to screw the most our of a tenancy deposit. I wouldnt buy, sell or rent anything that is involved with Goadsby in any way. I wouldnt trust you guys to sell a caravan!! You give estate agents a bad name!
