Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough. Tom was the estate agent for the sellers of the house we were buying, but throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to help us too. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Tom was always approachable, helpful and kept us informed. He went out of his way to keep things moving, answer questions and help whenever there were any issues, even though we weren’t technically his clients. His communication, professionalism and genuine willingness to help made such a difference to our whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort into making sure everyone gets to the finish line. We’ve now moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier, and Tom played a big part in helping make that happen. We’re so grateful for everything he did for us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent. A big thank you also to Chris, who was always so helpful whenever I called and made sure to get back to me quickly. It was really appreciated and made the whole process that little bit easier. Thank you both for all your help and for going above and beyond!

GoogleSelling a property, in particular a commercial property, is not easy these days, especially for an old gal like myself. My saviour in guiding me through the minefield of legal intricacies & requirements in which I found myself was Mr Grant Cormack at Goadsby’s. I cannot thank him enough. I found the whole experience so stressful (& time-consuming!), but with Grant’s cheery, calming manner & expert advice, the sale was eventually completed. His ‘customer service’ was most praiseworthy - thank you, Grant, I couldn’t have done it without you!

She took a thoughtful approach, asking insightful questions to really understand what we were looking for in a home. As a result, she was able to suggest properties that suited us well, including showing us some off-market opportunities that we would not otherwise have known about. There was never any pressure, which we really appreciated when making such an important decision. Throughout the process, Sophie communicated clearly, kept us well informed, and worked hard to help things progress smoothly. .
