I am delighted that I chose Goadsby in Wareham to sell my property, they are a fantastic close knit team of hard working professionals and I can’t praise them enough for everything they did. I was very impressed with the quality of the sales particulars and photographs, all of which showed my property at its best. But best of all was the excellence of the service from the whole team. I was kept fully informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. The people viewing were all carefully vetted to ensure that potential buyers were properly matched to my property. Goadsby found a buyer very quickly and the extremely high calibre of their professionalism became even more self evident when they expertly managed things to go from ‘offer received’ to ‘exchange of contracts’; in Less than 5-weeks!! As someone who is experienced in buying and selling property, I can absolutely say that Goadsby in Wareham is the best Estate Agent I have ever been lucky enough to use and I’m so pleased I chose them! My sincere thanks to Chloe, Olly, Gavin and all the team, who were fantastic at every stage. My advice? Don't waste your time on something as important as selling your house, by using anyone else!

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at Goadsby (Wareham Office), from my first contact to arrange to view a property (with Fiona I think), right the way through to purchasing our property. Buying a property can be stressful, often with unforeseen issues but Henry was always on hand to sort out any problems immediately, ensuring things moved along as smoothly and quickly as possible, liaising with the relevant parties in a prompt and professional manner. We’ve bought and sold a lot of houses over the years and I always think a good indicator of how competent an Estate Agency is, can be gauged by how they treat you as a buyer. All dealings with every staff member we spoke with showed them to be efficient, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve had no dealings with Goadsbys prior to this as I’m from outside of the area, but I wouldn’t hesitate to appoint them again should we need to sell, or recommend them to others. Estate Agents traditionally have a poor reputation but, in my opinion, the staff there were exceptional and second to none, always ringing back, responding to emails promptly and when our contact Henry wasn’t available, Gavin stepped in to ensure there were no delays. Thanks to the team for all your hard work, we really appreciate it.

It is no wonder their boards are all over the place. Henry was fantastic! Updated me regarding my sale constantly. Chased solicitors for me. All round fantastic service and will be using Goadsby every time. They just know how to sell property and have a great way of doing it. The benefits of using Goadsby is simply the fact that they are big, but not too big. They have a huge database of potential buyers, they ensure the chasing is handled instead of focusing just on more instructions once you have a sale agreed, and they have the capacity to always have staff to help you, unlike a lot of other agents. A lot of people know that a house is never really sold until completion, in fact, 1 out of 4 in the UK fall through but Henry along with Goadsby ensured my sale reached completion and had no chance of falling through. I have been a landlord since 2011. I have used several letting agents over the years. I was, until recently, using one letting agency which I thought was excellent until I was dropped by them because my rental properties weren't in the high class and expensive areas of Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs. I had to look for another letting agent. I chose Goadsby. Goadsby's branch at Wareham covers the area of one of my rental properties. I met Hannah and Molly who are the staff which deal with lettings. In super-quick time Hannah came round to my property and that same evening my property was on Rightmove. Five days later Molly conducted the first, and only, block viewing of my property. The very next day I had two offers and, having accepted one offer, my property was let. I can't praise the teamwork of Hannah and Molly enough. They were both exceptionally efficient at keeping me informed at every single step of the way. Additionally they are both very friendly and polite ladies. They have made me feel as though I am a valued client. If you have a property to rent, I very strongly recommend you contact Hannah and Molly to help you. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service and staff. We moved back to the UK a year and half ago and rented a house through Goadsby, and although we had problems with the house, the Goadsby staff were great at dealing with everything quickly and efficiently, and maintaining communication throughout. We then bought a bungalow through Gavin and his team in the sales department, and again found the service second to none. They were great at arranging viewings, they were helpful at chasing everything which enable our purchase to go through extremely quickly, I really couldn’t recommend the team highly enough and I would definitely use them again.
