GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on our sale .Needless to say there had been issues along the way which could have caused the chain to fail. But thanks to Gavin and his team at Goadsby Wareham he dealt with these matters in a very professional manner , always keeping us up to date with progress along the way. GoogleWhen we decided to go to market I had no experience of the local estate agents, so arranged a meeting with 4 of them. They all came across as competent. I chose Goadsby, Wareham, because they came across as the most genuine, open and helpful, and it was the quality of relationship I was looking for on top of competence. Having now just completed the sale of our house I can say the my hopes and expectations were more than fulfilled. Their guidance and advice was spot on and they were both proactive and responsive to any needs. I felt that they kept on top of things and always kept us well informed of what was going on. Their approach in assessing the market position, and then managing the viewings and offers was accurate, sound and efficient. The team was excellent at managing the communication and coordination of everyone involved from the viewings through to completion. Our main contacts in the Goadsby Wareham office impressed me with the quality of their support and care, their excellent communication and their ability to keep things moving. Good people and good team work! I recommend them for their professionalism and ability to make you feel comfortable and in good hands.

GoogleWe went to see Hannah because our house had fallen through and we had less than 2 weeks to find a new home! Hannah pulled out all of the stops for us and we were able to move in on the day we needed. I cannot thank Hannah and Goadsby Lettings enough, they certainly went the extra mile. Everything is very professional and we were regularly updated on progress. Hannah and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would not hestitate to recommend them.

GoogleI bought a house through Goadsby in mid 2023. Gavin looked after us all the way through the process. Apart from being really friendly and disarming, he was very responsive and was excellent at chasing everyone, giving updates and generally keeping us informed. Based on such a positive experience as a buyer, I'd happy use Goadsby to sell my house when the time comes.

GoogleI used Goadsby for Letting years ago and they were wonderful. That is not the case now. Sly, underhand, non transparent, patronising is my current experience of using them. Very disappointed.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend buying through Goadsby more. For an on-paper easy buy, to facing some complications on the way, they have supported me every step of the way.
