GoogleI was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. It was a particularly sensitive time for our family, and they handled everything with such care, professionalism and understanding. From the outset, Neil and team were proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive. GoogleWe had a mixed experience at Goadsby. Initially we were managed by one individual who turned out to be more than unreliable, very difficult to get hold of and misled us (verbally) as to what to expect from the contents of the property we were buying. Other individuals at Goadsby have been significantly more helpful (Cath was very effective, friendly and helpful and Richard Farnes worked extremely hard to get the sale completed). My thanks to the team - it is all about the people!!
