Zero respect for clients. Repeatedly failed to answer phone calls and emails, and never followed up on properties despite clear expressions of interest. Communication is virtually non-existent, and there is no sense of professionalism or accountability. As a client, you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness, neither were provided. Experiences like this are exactly why the commercial property sector gets a bad reputation. Unfortunately, this agency operates more like a cowboy outfit than a professional service. Would not recommend.
