Whilst there were a few hiccups along the route as is so often the case, Goadsby managed them extremely professionally and kept us well informed at all times. Jake especially, guided us through the whole process and kept the chain on track especially when it was in danger of unraveling. I would also thank Josie for her invaluable help. In summary, a strong team who made things happen and we would recommend and look to use again if the occasion arises.

GoogleSuperb and outstanding service from the get go, we were previously with another estate agent when we were selling our house and decided to move over to Goadsby as we weren’t too impressed with the service we had at the ‘unnamed estate agents’ Tommy was great from the get go, very professional, good communication and the photos of our property were amazing. Got our sale and purchase over the line quickly and in the estimated time frame of sale/purchase. Also a mention to George and Callum for the roles they played in the sale. GoogleWe bought our property through Goadsby and from start to finish Colin was extremely helpful, very professional and communication was great. Just prior to exchange, our solicitors license was suspended by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and we had to find a new solicitor. Colin communicated with all the solicitors, other estate angents and his client to help manage what was an unprecedented situation. Post purchase Colin has also helped resolve a few issues we have come across. Thank you Colin for all your help with what was a very challenging case.
