GoogleWe recently completed our purchase of a property put on the market by Goadsby. The word to describe them is tenacious. They are persistent in their communications and will not let up in trying to push the sale forward. They were the biggest driver of all parties in a difficult sale with multiple drop outs. Their strategy clearly works and helped get us over the line. So 5 stars, having now completed we are left only feeling impressed after seeing the whimpering performance of other estate agents/move managers and would choose to use them if we sold in the future. GoogleI recently decided to let my property out to which i chose Goadsby to assist me. It was a very pleasant experience! From start to finish their customer service couldn't have been better. Whilst there were a few hurdles along the process (none of which Goadsby were to blame) Connor was there to assist me every step of the way and offer me his professional advice. Its also worth mentioning that at no point did i feel nagged or harassed by the team... Thanks again Connor. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff in Ferndown, predominantly Olivia and Harriet for their customer service, I'm in no doubt that they were disappointed to hear my voice as they are there to buy/sell houses, however every time i phoned in requesting a call back from Connor, they ensured it was done. GoogleI have been a landlord since 2011. I have used several letting agents over the years. I was, until recently, using one letting agency which I thought was excellent until I was dropped by them because my rental properties weren't in the high class and expensive areas of Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs. I had to look for another letting agent. I chose Goadsby. Goadsby's branch at Wareham covers the area of one of my rental properties. I met Hannah and Molly who are the staff which deal with lettings. In super-quick time Hannah came round to my property and that same evening my property was on Rightmove. Five days later Molly conducted the first, and only, block viewing of my property. The very next day I had two offers and, having accepted one offer, my property was let. I can't praise the teamwork of Hannah and Molly enough. They were both exceptionally efficient at keeping me informed at every single step of the way. Additionally they are both very friendly and polite ladies. They have made me feel as though I am a valued client. If you have a property to rent, I very strongly recommend you contact Hannah and Molly to help you. You will not be disappointed.
