GoogleShockingly unprofessional agents. Unfortunately greed takes over and the greedier they get the more incompetent they get. They ended up loosing 20k on a sale due to greed, laziness and stupidity.

TrustpilotPatient and professional - Flat purchase
I bought a flat through Goadsby , Weymouth. Both solicitors were an absolute nightmare, taking ages to do things or even refusing to act on time. I had never bought a leasehold property and was guided by them all the way. Mark Godfree managed me, the vendor and the solicitors with dogged persistence, patience and courtesy, even when emotions ran high. I wasn't even the client, but was kept informed daily towards the end. If I have to sell my home I will definitely go to the Goadsby team.

When viewing a property with Goadsby they failed to tell us about considerable material information relating to the property. Refused to listen to our complaint so had to go to the property ombudsman. Shocking company run by management who clearly don't know the new laws and legislation relating to estate agents. Avoid at all cost

GoogleLike many I'm not a fan of estate agents BUT in this case Jake Timpson was excellent from the start to finish of our flat purchase. Jake kept us informed often chasing up the sellers and their solicitors . He was quick respond to our emails and calls, even after we had exchanged contracts and waiting to complete he was still on the case until we completed
