GoogleI'll be honest, in the many times I've moved in my 66 years, I have had little time for estate agents. I've found them to be, (once an offer was accepted), uninterested beyond the bare necessities of gaining their percentage. Then I underwent a horrendous sale, lasting five long drawn out months. Those months were painful and harmful to my sanity (thank you to my buyer for the extra pain). As I was ignored by solicitors beyond the minimum of formality, the one port of calm I found was Goadsbys in Yeovil. In particular 'Saint' Sophie. She was the sole person who actually battled on my behalf, who did all she could to keep me both sane and to achieve the holy grail of Exchange. She was 101% batting for my team and without her I'd have succumbed to the overwhelming stress. THANK YOU Sophie, you were a saver of sanity and truly professional, but with a capital P.

GoogleGoadsby At Ferndown - Worst expetience when you end contract The company is not friendly and their job end the moment tenancy agreement is signed. No collaboration or support. Especially the Ferndown branch! Never go them. There is no patience to listen to a problem statement and always delayed response. I have formally written to Deposit Scheme to get my deposit back while the assocaites just push back on every request to even get the least of information! Never go to them if you want peaceful life within or life after tenancy in gettin own money back or have an idea about the end!

GoogleExcellent communication, from both Polly and Tim. Also Goadsby offers an in house letting service, so if you change your mind about selling, the transfer to let the property is stress free. That is such an advantage that other agents don’t have the ability to offer. There are quite a few local estate agents and I am convinced my decision to use Goadsby was a very good one. Also the solicitor recommended by Goadsby delivered well, which is such a result.

GoogleFrom start to finish These are the guys to sell your home & Get you moved!!! Absolutely no doubt about it Yes you can get a slightly lower selling fee But in the great scheme of things You really want people who actually want to sell your home & get you moved!!! Having moved 6 times I can honestly say hand on heart this was the best experience we've ever had No over valuation just to get you on there books! No under valuation for a quick sale Like another local estate agent (Potentially costing us 50k!!!!!! Professional photos & videos to give your home the best possible chance of selling Then once sold & within a week!!! They kept us up to date with everything Keeping us well informed & also our buyers & Went above & beyond chasing up the convensers making sure everything kept moving Untill exchange! GoogleWe dealt with Goadsby on this occasion following the death of my mother in law, and the need to then sell her property. Gareth, the Branch Manager, was courteous and professional and dealt with the original take on of the property. Ben carried out the majority of the viewings and secured a full asking price offer within about 8 days of the property being released to the market. GoogleBe honest I don’t think good idea the jake walker working this Office nearly 3 weeks before I email to him about property he’s keep saying I will show you property today and tomorrow or next week and he’s just call me today he’s say shop is gone , I’m the first person the email to you and call u u still not showing me and giving someone else

Google4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
