GoogleBuying a house in the midst of the COVID pandemic was bound to be difficult, especially when there was a chain involved as well. However, George and Mark were extremely helpful and effective throughout - both when it came to arranging visits to the property (including a virtual video tour), and in ensuring productive communication with the vendor and between the various solicitors/surveyors engaged along the chain. The particulars on the website were an accurate description of the property. GoogleI have previously sold my own property with Goadsby so was happy to use them to conduct the sale of my Mother's house when it needed to be sold. It was just as lockdown got going but the staff there did everything they could to make the sale as smooth as possible. I was kept informed of progress and always was told about viewings - including feedback. As we were selling at a distance the fact that George took final meter reading for me was greatly appreciated. GoogleMark has been invaluable in selling my mothers house. Not only did he take fully into consideration my mums poor mobility and health throughout the viewings and the sale he also should great care and compassion towards her. Even phoning me when he could not contact mum by phone to ensure she was well as had not taken a fall. His after sales service continues as he has phoned me asking after mum and ensuring she is settled and comfortable in her new accommodation.
