I recently rented a flat through Goadsby. I mostly dealt with Alex who was professional at all times and responded promptly to messages and e mails. This in comparison to other agencies who e.g. wanted me to sign tenancies before confirming repairs and didn't seem serious about showing me appropriate properties. As a landlord myself I know this is not how it works! I would recommend this agency to anyone searching for rental property who desires a professional and committed approach.PositiveProfessionalism

Fantastic service and staff. We moved back to the UK a year and half ago and rented a house through Goadsby, and although we had problems with the house, the Goadsby staff were great at dealing with everything quickly and efficiently, and maintaining communication throughout. We then bought a bungalow through Gavin and his team in the sales department, and again found the service second to none. They were great at arranging viewings, they were helpful at chasing everything which enable our purchase to go through extremely quickly, I really couldn’t recommend the team highly enough and I would definitely use them again.
