GoogleWe initially enquired about a property up for rent and they said they would get back to us. They never did and then they told us after having to call them back the property was already taken, despite us knowing full well they booked viewings for said property the next week as we knew the current tenants. We called again and got a different advisor and they were very kind and helped us submit the required documents and legal information. However we waited a week and didn't hear anything back again, called in ourselves again and got told the property was taken.
