Maintained regular phone contact to support my search for a property and kept me updated when potential properties that met my requirements were being marketed. Did an outstanding job to ensure property purchase went smoothly liaising with vendor and solicitors to help keep the sale on track. Everyone at the branch was friendly and approachable and if I ever decide to move again they will be the agent I would choose to handle the sale of my property.

GoogleWe bought an apartment recently in Bridport with Goadsby (Bridport branch) remotely from London. George Ffoulkes, the branch manager, handled the transaction. Nothing was too much trouble to do, from arranging a viewing with 30 minutes’ notice on a Saturday to being available to go up to the apartment to check measurements and to let tradespeople in for estimates. The transaction went through in 5 weeks largely thanks to George’s professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and fast turnaround time. George is very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend George and his team.

They combined professionalism with a friendly approach, kept me updated regularly throughout, and when the inevitable stressful moments arose, they were dealt with in a calm and supportive manner. Not only was communication through the process excellent, but also following completion Goadsby forwarded some positive feedback from my buyer, which was very nice to receive! TrustpilotWareham lettings were useless
Wareham lettings were useless. They have no concept that an empty property is losing money. They took far too long to do the referencing for me and then still expected me to pay the full amount of their bill. (I didn't.) They employ juniors who have no idea what they're doing. If you're a landlord, go elsewhere.

GoogleCharlotte (Charlie) was our estate agent and after much disappointment viewing and applying for other properties it was such a breath of fresh air to find our apartment with her. She guided us through the whole process (this was our first ever renting experience) and answered all our questions quickly no matter how simple they were. She advocated for us when our references were taking a while and chased up on paperwork, making the whole experience smooth and less stressful for us. GoogleGoadsby had my house to manage for two years. They found tenants quickly and managed the processes and contracts efficiently and well. Despite being good tenants for two years, they unfortunately left my house in an unsatisfactory state. Goadsby (Janine O’Hara) managed my claim with the deposit company on my behalf and won compensation for my loss. Highly recommended
